How it works
Mroz ERP runs directly installed on the store’s physical server, integrating checkout terminals and back-office computers across the local network. Each terminal runs a fast desktop application designed for quick counter service and barcode product verification.
All sales transactions, inventory movements, and payments are recorded in a centralized database on the local server. The system calculates average costs, manages in-house credit with spending limits, and organizes stock intake through the supplier’s XML invoice.
In the back office, managers track sales reports, accounts payable and receivable, and issue NFC-e and NF-e. Every month, the manager generates the accountant’s file package from the Fiscal screen, and encrypted backups run automatically throughout the day.
FAQ
When will Mroz ERP be available?
The system is in the final stages of development and testing. You can get in touch to register your interest and receive firsthand notification upon launch.
How does the system work in the store?
The software is installed on an on-premises server inside the store, connecting checkout terminals over the local network. If the internet goes down, sales continue and NFC-e receipts are issued in offline contingency mode and sent once the connection returns.
Which tax documents does the system issue?
The system issues NFC-e and NF-e, initially for businesses in Mato Grosso. NFC-e has offline contingency: the sale is recorded and the receipt is transmitted as soon as the connection is restored.
Does the system support managing in-house installment sales?
Yes. The in-house credit module calculates interest and late fees, manages customer credit limits, and prints payment books on A4 sheets.
How does inventory intake work?
Purchases can be entered manually or by directly importing the supplier's NF-e XML. The system calculates the weighted average cost and updates stock quantities.
