Out-of-stock and customer order tracking
Mroz Faltas
Track out-of-stock items and customer orders on your store's local network.
A system for stores to record out-of-stock products and customer orders. It runs on a local network with its own server, syncing Windows PCs and Android phones without relying on an internet connection for daily routines.
Features
Four operational tabs
Track items across the Stock (shortages), Customer Orders, Already Ordered, and Received Products tabs with an identical view on computers and mobile phones.
Quick entry with photos
Add products quickly via keyboard or mobile phone, including camera or gallery photos with automatic compression.
AI audio inbox
Record out-of-stock items by voice and use Google artificial intelligence to generate an editable list before confirming entry.
Chat import
Import exported WhatsApp chats with artificial intelligence analysis, participant names replaced with codes, and manual confirmation.
Batch actions
Change status, archive, or restore up to 100 items simultaneously with secure confirmation and integrated search.
Local network connection
Devices find the store server on the internal network on their own; the Android app is installed through a QR code that opens the server's install page, and communication is protected by HTTPS.
Access control and auditing
Manage user permissions, restrict connected devices, and see who added each item; the server keeps an audit trail of changes.
Automated backup routines
The server runs automated backups with integrity verification and copying to an external drive or folder.
How it works
Mroz Faltas centralizes the logging of out-of-stock goods and orders placed by customers at the counter. A Windows computer in the store serves as a local server, keeping the database secure within the company and syncing information within seconds between desktop computers and staff mobile phones.
In daily operations, team members enter products by typing quickly on the keyboard or by recording voice messages into the shared inbox. When triggered by the operator, Google artificial intelligence transcribes the audio and structures the list of items for review before entry. Items move visually through Pending, Ordered, and Received statuses across four organized tabs.
Communication between devices and the server takes place within the company’s local network, with encrypted traffic and individual user and device control; only the optional AI features send content to Google, when triggered. The system also provides automated backups with integrity checks and data export, so the store keeps control of its own data.
FAQ
Does the system require an internet connection to work?
No. Mroz Faltas operates entirely on your store's local network, communicating computers and mobile phones directly with the internal server. External access occurs only when you choose to trigger artificial intelligence features.
How are Android phones connected?
The Android app is installed over the store network: the computer shows a QR code that opens the server's install page, with no cables and outside Google Play. Once opened, the app finds the server on its own and each operator signs in with a username and password authorized by the administrator.
How does sending audio to artificial intelligence work?
Audio recordings made in the store are only sent to Google artificial intelligence when the user clicks the corresponding button. The system generates a text preview for review before registering any items.
How are the server and computers set up?
A Windows computer at the company acts as the central server with its own database. Other computers and mobile phones connect to it over the store's internal network.
Who can import chats from messaging apps?
Only users with an administrator profile can import chat files on the computer. The process replaces participant names with P1, P2 and so on, and requires manual review before creating items in the system.
