MrozSoft (legal name 48.989.280 MICAEL JOAO MROZINSKI, MEI, CNPJ 48.989.280/0001-39), headquartered in Alto Taquari/MT, Brazil, is the controller of personal data processed on https://mrozsoft.com and through our support channels.

As a small-sized data processing agent (MEI), MrozSoft is exempt from appointing a Data Protection Officer under art. 11 of Resolution CD/ANPD No. 2/2022. If you have any questions about your data or wish to exercise your rights, you can contact us directly:

What the Website Collects (and What It Does Not Collect)

The mrozsoft.com website is purely static and informational. We do not have user registration, logins, forms, shopping carts, or payment processing on the page.

Our privacy practices on this website:

  • No tracking: we do not use cookies, analytics tools, or advertising pixels.
  • No third-party resources: we do not load fonts, scripts, or images from external servers; everything is served directly from our own domain.
  • Technical request data: the site is hosted on Firebase Hosting (Google). As on any web server, the hosting provider receives technical request data (such as IP address, date, time, browser type, and requested page) solely to deliver the website and protect against abuse. MrozSoft does not use this data to identify visitors.
  • Contact buttons: contact links open WhatsApp (wa.me) or the visitor’s email application. Once opened, the terms of WhatsApp/Meta or your email provider also apply.

WhatsApp Support with AI Assistant

When you contact us at +55 (66) 99954-3475, messages may be answered by Mroz WhatsAI, an artificial intelligence virtual assistant developed by MrozSoft. The conversation can be transferred to a human team member at any time.

  • Data processed: phone number, WhatsApp profile name, and all conversation content (text messages, audio files, images, videos, and PDF documents).
  • Purposes: answering inquiries, presenting products, scheduling product demos, sending commercial proposals, and providing customer support.
  • Legal bases: preliminary procedures related to a contract at the request of the data subject (art. 7, V, of the LGPD — Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, Brazil’s general data protection law) and legitimate interest for support and security operations (art. 7, IX, of the LGPD).
  • Technical workflow: messages travel through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. To generate replies, the conversation content (including audio, images and files) is processed by Google artificial intelligence (Google Cloud / Vertex AI).
  • Storage: conversation records are stored on a MrozSoft computer, with credentials protected by Windows encryption.

Email Support

If you reach out to suporte@mrozsoft.com, your message will be handled through Google Workspace. Messages are stored within the company account strictly for as long as needed to provide assistance and fulfill legal obligations.

Data Sharing and International Transfers

We do not sell personal data. We share data solely with the infrastructure providers required to operate our channels:

  • Meta: provider of the WhatsApp Business Platform, through which WhatsApp messages travel.
  • Google: provider of Firebase Hosting (website hosting), Google Workspace (email service), and Google Cloud / Vertex AI (artificial intelligence used to generate WhatsApp responses).

Servers used by these providers may be located outside Brazil. In such instances, international data transfers comply with art. 33 of the LGPD, based on the contractual guarantees provided by these companies.

How Long We Keep Data

  • WhatsApp: records are retained for the duration needed to resolve the request and, where no business relationship is established, for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless required by legal obligation.
  • Email: messages remain stored in the company account for the time required to manage the request and satisfy legal duties.
  • Website: technical request logs are processed temporarily by Firebase Hosting to deliver the site and prevent abuse.

Your Rights

Under art. 18 of the LGPD, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • Confirmation of processing and access to your data;
  • Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data;
  • Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data;
  • Data portability;
  • Information about public and private entities with which we share data;
  • Revocation of consent;
  • Opposition to processing carried out on legal grounds other than consent.

To exercise your rights, email suporte@mrozsoft.com. Under art. 19 of the LGPD, requests for confirmation and data access are answered within 15 days.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the ANPD (Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados, Brazil’s national data protection authority) at www.gov.br/anpd.

Security

We implement practical measures to protect your personal data:

  • Service credentials on MrozSoft’s computer are protected with Windows encryption.
  • The website does not use external scripts or tracking services.
  • Firebase Hosting maintains automated defenses against technical abuse.

Children and Adolescents

The mrozsoft.com website and our support channels are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age.
